Sold to open PVH nov18 110 puts for 3.30 with PVH at 110.67
Margin 2458 per contract, return on margin 12.6 %

Closed half the position for 3.10 (5.75 %) with PVH at 108.50 (-1.9 %)
PVH currently below 106.. would have been better off closing out the whole position.
This trade has been under water right from the start, after the run up last week I was hoping to be able to bring it home with 5 days to expiration. Well, I was already at peace with the idea of transitioning this into a covered call position.

/CL.....intraday buy trigger at about $43...went long at support($16.17) with UWTI
Daily has not triggered.

TVIX would exactly track the CBOE’s VIX index—the market’s de facto volatility indicator.
Most people buy TVIX as a contrarian investment, expecting it to go up when the equities market goes down. It does a respectable job of this with the median TVIX’s percentage move being -4.8 times the S&P 500’s percentage move. However 18% of the time TVIX has moved in the same direction as the S&P 500. So please don’t say that TVIX is broken when it doesn’t happen to move the way you expect.
