Sorry for the late reply, was out training for an ironman competition this weekend.
BIS....Not yet, would wait for buyers to show up and SPY to show signs of weakness.
SPY...monthly looking to close with a buy signal, this bull market has teeth and looking to move higher...imho.

I moved out of IBB at the bell, I don't want to hold Biotech during the DNC. The indicators may not say that it's time for BIS yet, but I think it might be worth a purchase with a short leash early in the week before Hillary starts railing against the bios.

Dollar looking to breakout(BB125), short oil with SCO($90.48) will be my trade.
XIV...you guys trading this ETF should be long...WHY? sitting on major support BB125 and BB40. Look for accumulation here, it would take some really bad news to break this support.

Dollar broke out(above BB125)....SCO hit $100 in pre-market
XIV($28.21).... now at $30.74
