bounce was weak, any rally will be shorted, lots of longs are caught and can't wait to get out. I had posted between 5th and 26th Feb had a negative return.

Mike...stocks in that sector are all still in a downtrend, this will attract sellers on bounces until the're weeded out.
CTWS has the highest RSI in the sector for stocks over $20
