Oh yeah! I KNOW that pattern, and I don't want to be on that train when it rides off the rails!
As per the caption on the chart:
"Most parabolic arc stocks return to 62% of it's prior swing" ...
That would make TSLA = $64.22.

RIG($46.45) + O($38.70)....two stocks with very little downside, look for a bounce...low risk!!
KIOR($1.72)...bottom....I have no stats for pennies use info at your own risk.
