Its all smoke and mirror's. The powers that be that behind the curtain just talk about lowering rates to pump the market.
To me a lowering of rates would mean a weaker that expected economy. Guess that remains to be seen.

So the rates will be cut because Trump whines that they cuts rates under Obama so they should cut rates for him regardless of the state of the economy. If Trump stepped in in 2008 just imagine the outcome as the economy was going over the cliff at that time. The past few years would have been very different.
