My friend turned 50K into 6 million in 5 years trading options using this filter. Simply take the stock(s) that have been beaten down the most of these. Continue the process over and over again. Simple and easy.

I wish I could have a tool to backtest based on fundamentals to verify it. Is there any available.

Papertrade it yourself for a couple of months and watch the magic. If you use Vector Vest simply pick the one of the 50 stocks with the lowest RT. As a substitute use stockscores.com. Pick the stock with the lowest signal score.

Vector Vest is great for backtesting on fundamentals.

I'm actually using one of the methods you posted awhile ago using VV and weakest sector to get into SSL. I actually skipped over FDG and USEG and went with SSL because of auxillary research in conjunction with the method you posted.

Currently its up about 5% from my buy point. Mining stocks are also poised to move it seems.

on stockscores the lowest signal score seems to merely indicate that it is the most bearish, am I missing something?

You're not missing anything bloo. It's contrarian investing. Most of my buys and greatest successes have been when signals and others have had sell ratings issued on particular securities.

Can you prove it?

Sure. I can put you in touch with my friend if you'd like. Also you can papertrade starting with any number youd like and see the results firsthand for yourself. I used this simple, yet effective methodology to buy AET in August at 32.50 and now its 41 with much more upside to come.

AET was one the list from the filter provided and also had the lowest RT(relative timing) of any other stock when I bought it. Worked out well

RT (Relative Timing): RT is a fast, smart, accurate indicator of a stock's price trend. AET has a Relative Timing rating of 0.67, which is poor on a scale of 0.00 to 2.00. RT is computed from an analysis of the direction, magnitude, and dynamics of a stock's price movements over one day, one week, one quarter and one year time periods. Once a stock's price has established a strong trend, it is expected to continue in that trend for the short-term. If a trend dissipates, RT will gravitate toward 1.00. RT will explode from bottoms, dive from tops, and reflect changes in price momentum. VectorVest favors the purchase of stocks with RT ratings above 1.00.

I thought Vector Vest backtesting data had a survivorship bias?
