Hello, I am new to this site and I was wondering if there's a scanner that shows the best stock that trades after the market closes or before. So, I looking to see what traders are excited about and hope to catch the way before the opening bell.

Scans will show you stocks after close. You can research what the scans show for trading the next day.
Look thru these forums or do a search for specific words to find tons of scans already available.
