i'd call 186 bottom. 23.6 retracement both NDX/SPY; I think it will slowly grind up from here.

It's all about those descending resistance lines from the top. The most underrated technical tool....killer signal yesterday
NDX breaks it; confirmation to goooo
SPY breaks first one and 50 retrace; that was fast
