Yep, bought NUGT last week. It's screamingly obvious on a weekly chart that gold has bottomed.

NUGT has been BOTTOMING (weekly) for a year , so when did it become obvious and how did it become obvious?

ETF like NUGT, you have to be a Bot to make money on them, I've had very little success trading them.

I think GDX has put in a bottom on December of last year. The weekly shows a MACD cross on extreme divergence so I think it has bottomed. Getting in now might be too late though. I wouldn't be surprised if it retraced back 50% of its gains since December before ultimately continuing higher.

I think it is early to call a bottom/reversal in the metals.. the USD must fall to the other major currencies. I don't know if that will happen for a real change in direction, other countries are really printing more than us..
Anyway dollar was up and at a nice resistance level. and a big gap down on NUGT after a nice 2 day rally.was a good risk reward set up.
Dont take my word for it.
