the sort order when clicking on column headings is ascending by default; since we are almost always maximizing, it seems to me it would make more sense to have descending order by default ie; the greatest value topmost

any comments?

I strongly agree. The default for most columns should be set on descending.

While you are making this change, why not add this sorting capability to the symbols column? This capability will be helpful when looking for one or more symbols through a long listing of results. But make the default for symbols ascending, starting with "A" "B" etc.

Thanks for your consideration.

Joe

The ascending idea for symbols is a good one. It would make looking for particular stocks much easier. Great suggestion!
