My advise is to use an old school approach to this (what I'll call a pre-filter). I assume you'll look to apply your trading premise check to the list of securties that (do not?) pass this intial screen. That said, use your broker's stock screener facility and create a watchlist that can be used in an SF filter. Most of these data are fundamental and SF seriously lags in that department. (And I don't know why since there are no re-distribution costs, most of it is free in the public domain).
If your broker doesn't allow download, there are a multitude of free and not-so-free sites that allow download. There are also excel addin products well worth the investment.
