Yay, the Xiv filters have bottomed. This does not guarantee Xiv does not take another plunge but the worst part is over. Now if you have the guts you ride it out.

Yes, Dgaz up big and Drv down, which makes me happy.
I covered my Vxx short for a nice profit. This is a long term short but something just doesn’t feel right.
May get in again next week.

I’m also short TMV. I think TMV is the greatest short as it goes down indefinitely, and it doesn’t spike more than 100% unlike Uvxy which could spike 1200%.
In fact, shorting inverse ETFs long term needs more investigation, the goal is to keep an ongoing short and let decay drip.
A challenge to those to find the best long term indicator to keep you in and when to stay out of shorting TMV.
I need to look more into this marvelous instrument. Do I sound like Liza when I say marvelous.

Great great call on Dgaz today. Just a great day all around, DRV down, TMV down, out of Vxx for good profit. I would call that WIN WIN WIN WIN. OH, and the Filipino wife made Delmonico Steak, Snow Crab, which I prefer due to the softer texture and sweet taste and Asparagus Tips, with a lemon butter sauce.
Now she’s making chocolate creme brûlée!! Pinch me.
