How do I create a filter that looks for stocks that has its closing price X-% over its 50 day moving average? Or am I restricted to using just a pre-fixed interval price. i.e. Fetch stocks where volume is 250,000 and closing price is .50 cents greater than 50 day exponential moving average? I'd rather use a percentage. Help anyone?

This one should work for you - couldn't get the "between" phrase to work for it though. Just edit to plug in your own numbers as you like!

Fetcher[Show stocks where close is greater than 4% above the MA (50) and close is less than 6% above the MA (50) and average volume (90) is above 250000 and price is between 1 and 10]

I believe this may be what you are looking for:

show stocks where close has crossed above EMA(50)
and close is near EMA(50) by 1 percent
and volume is above 250000
and price is between 1 and 10
and draw EMA(50)
