1/16/2004 5:10:13 PM Something like this has been posted before: You should add price and volume limits to narrow down the number of hits. Use the date offset to see how well the has filter performed. You could look at only stocks where 'close is above MA(20)' to improve results. Just play around with the filter checking the past performance and have fun. |

8/15/2003 3:25:07 PM I tweaked risjr's filter a little bit and came up with this: It seems to get a little higher percent return. Keeping the av volume high keeps you in bigger name stocks, hopefully with less downside risk and keeps the number of stocks returned to a nice number. Give it a try and see what you think. |
