Finds stocks breaking out.

Within 10% of 6 month high
C1 Percentchange <= 4
C2 Percentchange <= 4
C3 Percentchange <= 4

Can some kind soul help me to construct this filter?
IT is based on van meertens blog

I want a filter which picks stocks that made a new 65 days high and has a column that counts how many times the stock made a new high within this period. I also want to pick the stock when RSI(2) is below 10.

This is my attempt so far but I lack the count of new highs within this period.

Show stocks where high reached a new 65 day high within last 5 days
and rsi(2) is below 10
and Average Volume(90) is above 50000
and close is between 5 and 250

Many thanks

Ok! Thanks Chetron for taking your time! I thought it was a filter and couldn't understand all the result returns! It makes more sense now.
All the best!

Still need to ask some elementary questions:

What does kiss mean? Is higher better?

Does 1 under llb_40 etc mean that the criteria is met?

Is buy_me, short_me nr, better the higher

What is super trig? Higher nr better?

What does cross_me mean? Higher better?

Trip wire?

Sorry for being rudimentary but I see no other way to find out!

Question from a newbie. How do you pick a stock from this filter? It produces so many results!
