The EMA 5 set for the close in Quote Tracker doesn't match even close the EMA 5 in Ameritrade's Strategy Desk which is set for the close. How do I know which one to trust? For trading RFR stocks is Open better than Close?

Sounds like you have a story to tell. Please share.*

Well I have been bumping around the Market for years barely breaking even. Last year made $133. Tried various methods, cup and handle MA crossovers, you name it I probably tried it. I bought high and sold low. Bad recipe.

Then Trading sent me an idea of using RSI2 period. I didn't subscribe but tried buying rock bottom. Worked for the most part but agonizingly slow. Decided I needed a way of finding stocks likely to move up after going RSI2<2. So I worked a Google search for a stock filter. Voila, 3 choices down was SF. Liked the name.

So here I am. Successfull and enjoyably trading. Daytrading. With help from you TRO and others I have turned things around. Am enjoying using the RFR scans in conjunction with the TRO Stat Scan Travel Guide for now. Making $$. Will be kicking it up a notch soon to Rimm and AAPL trading method. Just basking in the good euphoric feeling for now.

For my type of trading, in my scans I would like to ad a way to filter those stocks with tight bid ask spreads. I know high volume stocks will help produce some with the liquidity.

RDN up .27 today but I jumped to MCN another RFR stock which did well trading today albeit slowly. RDN too wild for me and I like the 2-4 stocks for the candle trading. Shorts and Longs, best of both worlds. May never hold another trade overnite.
