SAH is another one showing up today. Technically ready to bounce. Should be helped along by positive news today from competitor KMX. Easily room for 5%+. Recent decline related to stock/debt offering.

Got in CBA @ 13.22 (a little early)
and FDO @ 26.86 (happy with that one-so far)

Just messing around with this, but a 4 week moving average of weekly RSI(2) may get you a little closer to what you're looking for.

Fetcher[

CMA(weekly RSI(2),4) crossed above 50
and close is above 5
and average volume is above 300000

Here's 2 that look ready to rebound and make a move higher:

FDO
CAB

Natural stops would be just under yesterday's lows.

Don't do all the fundamental work you guys do, but these are reasonably solid companies with below-market PE's and, in the case of CAB, some impressive recent insider buying.

Full disclosure: No current positions but will be looking to enter tomorrow at today's closing prices (or better) if the market looks OK. Would look for 4-5% in FDO and 5%+ in CAB by the end of the week.

Power is the greatest aphrodisiac. This is all about politics and strengthening the Democratic voter base. By taxing the minority (higher-income productive wage earners and entrepreneurs) and redistributing this wealth to the majority (lower-income, non-productive, non-contributing elements of society) the Democrats have a club they can use in every election.

"Vote for me (again) or you'll lose your freebies"

We (the productive) are subsidizing our own downfall. It's really "Taxation Without Representation" all over again. Unfortunately, so far, there is no organized opposition leadership. The Republicans haven't lead the storm of protest over the "Obama/Pelosi/Reidcare" plans, it's been "we the people" (where's Joe the Plumber when you could use him?).

Next time you hear the refrain about health care costs getting out of control think about this; a congressman (even without all the perks) makes 10-20% more than the average primary care physician , and the average congressional aide has a higher income than the average Registered Nurse.

I say bring the cost of government under control, force these idiots to fly coach like the rest of us, dump their gold-plated health care plan and require them to get their insurance the same way we do, lower my taxes to a reasonable level by requiring everyone to at least pay something, and I could easily afford health care.

I'm sorry to say I just don't see a way out of this for years.

Democratic Party.....NO
Republican Party.....Certainly not yet and not looking too promising
Libertarian Party......Too scattered and ineffective
Tea Party.....This has possibilities but needs leadership
