Hello everyone,

Some of the popular financial blogs recently suggested that the market
has a little more to go to complete Wave B up, and then we will get into
a big Wave C down.

I don't know much about the Elliott Wave and would appreciate knowing
your thoughts about Elliot Wave and direction for this market. Thank you.

"There has been some level of mismanagement by the authorities,'' said Habib-ur-Rehman, who manages the equivalent of 6.5 billion rupees in Pakistani stocks and bonds at Atlas Asset Management Ltd. in Karachi. "This may be due to their misperception that they can prevent the market from falling. Investors have to learn to bear losses as they do gains.''

We better send SEC chairman Cox to Karachi -- he'll stop the rumors and short selling pronto!

This is a very dangerous formation, as detailed in Nassim Taleb's Book The Black Swan.

Traders should be very careful anytime this exponentially regressed, parabolic, dreaded chart appears.

In the May 28 and May 29, 2008 posts, bzbtrader's blog shows good back test results for using RSI(2) with IWM and QQQQ:

bzbtrader's code:

draw RSI(2) line at 80
draw RSI(2) line at 28
