This is the last permutation that I have been using with this filter.
price > .10
Show stocks where volume > 40000 for the last 5 days
DeMarker(7) < .1
and rsi(5) < 5
add column rsi(5)
add column demarker(7)

I`ve requested that the anonymous author be removed from this filter in the public filter lists. Never intended for it to be anonymous anyway. Not sure how it got that way.
I have made some great gains using this filter this year, and I have tweeked it over time for improved results.
As with anything, due diligence must be required to ensure that the falling stock price`s are about to reverse. You want to watch for the lowest RSI(5) values in the columns. Also a positive moving COG(3) signal is a good indicator also. You need to develop a sense of when the bears are running out of steam in driving the stock down. A positive earnings per share, news, and other factors are to be considered when choosing which stock to pull the trigger on.
Just be ready to take your money and run once the bounce occurs. I have been using trailing stops, to keep my profits from the bounce. Sometimes the bounce is for only one day, so use those stops.
My greatest gains have come from stocks that have had panic selling, that go down so far that they appear on this filter. Then I jump in on the sellers remorse upswing. This filter has giving me only one loss out of 14 trades this year, when I have used it.

I`ve made some slight changes to bring in more hits
Show stocks where volume is > 40000
DeMarker(7) crossed below .1
and rsi(5) < 6
add column rsi(5)
add column demarker(7)

I want to filter out stocks that have negative EPS, or at least be able to quickly glance at the value in my lists. Perhaps its not available where SF retrieves its data everyday. Oh well.....

Never said I was looking for a perfect filter. The discussion was about people bragging about how great their filters are. But, only a fool would not look for better odds.

A filtermiester. I love it. Maybe that can be posted under a name, next to ignore.
To tell you the truth I haven`t seen, or written a perfect filter yet. Stockfetcher seems to have enough variance in its program to preclude a perfect filter. Or at least where the percentages can be extremely high. The RSI(5) signal has giving me the best reversal results that I can find so far. But it does not act consistantly. RSI(5) produces different hits when used in different programs. So I cannot brag about much I have done. (there - Humility 101)

Wish all that pentup energy could be devoted to making money.
Investorshub.com is great place to get into arguments with people. Go bash a stock and see what happens. You`ll get a black eye for sure.
