Catalina Island was absolutely STUNNING this weekend. Had a fantastic time Golfing and hanging out with our old friends. What an incredible Bday celebration. DAYM!!
Selling one of my 29 properties this week for 2.1m. The commission is gonna be brutal but I negotiated it down to 4%. I have several that have quadrupled in price and I think it might be wise to start unwinding that windfall.😊

Headed to Palm Springs for dinner with family, my son & his new girlfriend who is headed to Berkeley!
They just won Prom King & Queen too so we’re celebrating.👑👑

Over 10 bucks at some places in LA but I’m in southern Cal. so only 5.80 at Costco.
Ended up going to Little Italy in San Diego instead of Palm Springs as it was too hot.

Just listed another property for 3.3m, Asking higher than it’s worth but I’ll be happy with an offer of 2.8.
