I am trying to figure out how to create a filter which can figure out if a stock is making a higher high (and higher lows) during the last xx days.

I am having difficulty to find the last 2 (or more) highs in xx days along with the number of offset days it occurred so I can not only determine the high values but also their sequence of occurrence. Is this possible? Same would be true for lows.

Thanks in advance for your help.
