looking for a way to select for stocks that have begun:
A. transitioning out of a longish (few months) period of sideways oscillation above/below/around their 200MA
by
B. advancing strongly on a weekly basis with above average volume
and where
C. any pullbacks along the way are on comparatively low volume.

so, ideally a few cycles of high-volume weekly advance with "resting" periods where the pullbacks are on lower volume.

any ideas? thanks very much.
