Stocks tend to move up and down between new 52 week lows and new 52 week highs. The last time stocks make their last new 52 week low or high they will more than likely move the other direction and eventually make a new 52 week high or low. I want to find the very first time/day those stocks that have made a new 52 week high after their last new 52 week low and visa versa (the very first time/day those stocks that have made a new 52 week low after their last new 52 week high). Basically this filter needs to find the first time an occurrence/event shows up following another occurrence/event. Not sure if that can be done here. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I see than but I don't want that! I don't want just any 52 week high or low. I want to find the very first day a new 52 week high shows up following the last 52 week low visa versa.

Thank you for the filter post but it's still really not what I need. I basically need to find those stocks where the 52 week high crossed above the 52 week high of 52 weeks ago and/or those stocks where the 52 week low crossed below the 52 week low of 52 weeks ago. Want to find the first time a 52 week high shows up following the last 52 week low and the first time a 52 week low shows up following the last 52 week high. If I use the filters in the example "show me stocks where the high reached a new 52 week high" or "show me stocks where the low reached a new 52 week low" I will get the new 52 week high or low for that day but the first time a new 52 week high or low that actually shows up following the last 52 week low or high could of been 1,2,3,4 or whatever days ago and that is what I want to find. I want to find the first one. Thank you.

Actually the filter posted by mahkoh contains some stocks that you are looking for if I understand your posts correctly.
Since you had not indicated whether you wanted to see that new high and new low info historically or just for the latest trading day, you've been provided filters that show both graphically.
Do you have any min or max price limits? volume limits?
Are you really looking for stock Highs and Lows or are you really looking for new 52 week hign and low Close prices?
In any event, if you change the 'above 0.5' to "equals 1" in the low count line and then copy that newly changed line and then paste it into the filter and then replace all of the 'low's with "high"s in that newly pasted line, I believe you'll have what you want for the latest trading day only, whilst using a 200 day lookback period for the 52 week hi'si and lo's

Thank you all for your posts. Still really don't have a filter that will find what I need. The filter needs to first find that very last new 52 week low. Once that's established it needs to start calculating from there to find the very first time/day a new 52 week high shows up following that last new 52 week low. There are usually more than one new 52 week highs. I want to find the VERY FIRST ONE. Not the 2nd,3rd,4th one,etc. Thank you.
