I am looking to detect when stocks are near or past points where they previously peaked and then fell. Here is a perfect example http://imgur.com/a/pxEh7

Notice this stock (BABA) makes a 52 week high and then reverses. It then builds back up to that point and once it crosses high than before, this is the point I would want to find the stock.

I have tried using x% below 52 week high, but most of what it's picking up are stocks that are just climbing diagonally upward and hit their 52 week highs yesterday or last week with no pullback.
